My parents got Gavin a drum set for Christmas and as much as I would like to be upset with them for buying him such a gift, look at his face! He absolutely loves it! I remember when we got ready to leave their house on Christmas Day and Mike picked up the drumset to load it in the van Gavin got sooooo upset! He really does love to drum! He actually has really good rhythm - who knows? Maybe this skill will take him far....
He also got a ball pit - he is fearless! He will run from one side of his room and just jump straight into this pit. It is so fun to watch!

I am very blessed with some great friends! We spent New Year's Eve together at Incredible Pizza and it was so much fun, maybe it will become a traditon for us while we all have young kids! Don't you love the hats?
Gavin also enjoyed his New Year's celebration......last year he slept through the celebration! Isn't he cute?
This is Gavin's future wife, Lily! Although she doesn't look very happy in this picture they really do love each other! When Gavin sees her at church he gets so excited and says, "Baby! Baby!"
